In some cases, MailerLite can automatically detect and merge multiple SPF records. Both of these need to be merged into one single record. In the picture below, there are two different TXT records for SPF. If you have more than one, they need to be merged. It’s only possible to have one SPF record on your DNS zone. In GoDaddy, when your domain is meant to go in the Name field of a record, it should be replaced with Use as the Name field for the TXT record. The record won’t be approved otherwise. You can use this site to compare both texts. They have to be identical as they are case-sensitive. There are 3 reasons why an SPF record is not approved:Ĭheck that the Host is and not your domain.Ĭheck if the Value field on your GoDaddy DNS page is exactly the same as the one on your MailerLite Domains page.

DKIM record is not approvedĬheck that you have typed ml._domainkey only (without your domain) in the Host field as GoDaddy automatically includes your domain name.Ĭheck if both Value fields are exactly the same as they’re case-sensitive. If you’re unsure, you can compare both texts here.

I have the latest versions of everything updated, and also, I deleted and added my godady account to Outlook a number of times.Troubleshooting steps if authentication isn’t workingĮven if you think you are sure you set up the information correctly, we suggest that you follow the troubleshooting steps below, just in case. I just need to be able to access my Godaddy account from my mobile, my desktop and get the calendars synched. If I do so, then I would have synch problems on my Outlook web client. If I use only Outlook 365 web client on my desktop, by setting up my GoDaddy email as an IMAP account, it won't synch with the Outlook mobile, unless I set it up as the primary Microsoft account. Except for the fact that the calendar doesn't synch with my mobile, neither with the calendar I may use through the Outlook 365 web client.

If I install the Outlook 365 desktop on my Windows 10 (latest versions of everything), I can setup my Godaddy account with Outlook, and also set it up on my Outlook mobile client, and it synchs correctly. I have had several problems, and until now, I didn't get a solution. Hi, I have a Microsoft 365 license, related to my gmail account, and I purchased a GoDaddy "commercial" account, which is supposed to work well with Microsoft Outlook.
